A 5 module course about synchronicity, ritual, and building a magical life.

Bringing the ethereal back down to earth.

We will talk about nervous system regulation and mental health, co-regulating with the earth, and building up our own library of personal symbolism to guide us through difficult times.

Each module includes a multipage PDF with exercises and writing prompts, links to external resources. Students receive access to a Discord server where they can share their responses to writing prompts, discuss with others.
